One of the biggest mass transportation cities in the world has it's workers on strike: Duluth, Minnesota. Sorry...New York City. The union (Transport Workers Union) is now being fined one million dollars a day for this illegal strike. Those of you in New York, look for your gas taxes to rise if this strike continues over a long period of time; you are currently paying about 57 cents a gallon combined state and federal.
