Lake Worth, Florida To Cut Electric Bills For Citizens

The Lake Worth City Commission has decided to cut the city budget by 1.7 million to cut citizens with their electric bills. Sounds cool huh? The right thing to do? According to the article I read: They're cutting $384,000 from the city employees' health insurance fund and $116,000 from the city's contingency fund to round out the $1.7 million budget reduction(Sun-Sentinel December 8, 2005 by Joel Hood) Merry Christmas!!! and don't get sick.
