The Volkswagen Twincharger engine hit 62 mph in 7.9 and get 39 miles per gallon. 39? 39? Why did the techs stop at 39 and not go to 40? Their marketing people must be related to the people that came up with selling things for $19.99 and $19.95. People know they are going to pay over $20.00. Stop teasing.
