A lot of people have the misconception that ALL trucks don't get good gas milelage. That's like saying that all blondes are dumb, that all people from California are flakes and that all rich people cheat on their taxes. We all know that most blondes are dumb.
The 2006 Ford Ranger gets 21 miles per gallon on the highway. That's not close to the 30 mpg that a lot of people want but it is a start.
