Arizona Gets Corny


A 60 million dollar ethanol plant is being built in Maricopa, Arizona. The plant is owned by Pinal Energy. Uh...Pinal Energy? That's the name of the company. For real.

One of the cons of ethanol as stated by The Arizona Republic:

According to the Consumer Energy Council of America, ethanol reduces the level of carbon monoxide and other pollutants in the air. It also reduces ground-level ozone.
